Matthew Kwasi Gyamfi has lashed out at Members of Parliament over the recent confusion in the House.He has described their behavior as "a real disgrace and a big disappointment".The House has been thrown into a state many have variously described as a constitutional stalemate as the NPP and NDC sides each claim to constitute the Majority caucus.This followed Speaker Bagbin's declaration of the Agona West, Suhum, Amenfi Central and Fomena seats vacant after the incumbets had crossed carpet.
