The Vice President of the Republic of Ghana, Dr Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia together with the Member of Parliament (MP) for Mfantseman Constituency, Madam Ophelia Mensah Hayford has constructed an ultra-modern school block at Ankaful, a fishing community in Saltpond to ensure that no child is left behind in the pursuit of educational excellence.
The governing New Patriotic Party(NPP)'s Constituency Chairman for Mfantseman, Mr Nathaniel Owusu and some executives within the area showcased the massive developmental projects initiated by the government and the MP for the area as part of the Mfantseman NPP media engagement.
According to him, "Ankarful fishing community has never seen such a school but since education is a major key to the NPP government, Dr.
Bawumia and Ophelia Mensah Hayford quickly constructed beautiful school blocks from primary to Junior High School(JHS)". "NPP has done a lot of projects for the people of Mfantseman but I wondering how people are lambasting the NPP government and MP for Mfantesman for not doing anything in the area" he chided.
