The Agona West Member of Parliament (MP), Cynthia Mamle Morrison, has caused ripples within the New Patriotic Party (NPP) by issuing a stern warning about exposing alleged mismanagement of COVID-19 funds by the ruling government.
In a bold statement, Morrison declared she is prepared to reveal deep secrets regarding how the government handled the funds if the NPP continues to block her candidacy in the upcoming December 7 parliamentary elections.
In a leaked audio intercepted by MyNewsGH, Morrison claimed the NPP had collaborated with the Electoral Commission to sabotage her campaign by excluding her name from the ballot papers. "They are conspiring against me, and I won't sit quietly while they tamper with the democratic process.
If they want to go down this road, I'm ready for a battle," Morrison declared in the audio.
