The final decision of the case involving the two teenage boys who alledgedly killed Ismael Mensah Abdallah at Kasoa for money rituals has suffered another setback.

The case which was expected to come to a closure today was adjourned to Thursday, October 24 following the absence of one of the jurors.

When the case was called today before Justice Lydia Osei Marfo, foreman of the jurors informed the court that, Don Attipoe one of the jurors is not in the jurisdiction despite being reminded of today's hearing.The Presiding judge unhappy with the information, fined Don Attipoe, One Hundred (100) penalty units, that is One Thousand Two Hundred cedis (GHc 1200.00) Justice Lydia Osei Marfo who was upset about the situation indicated that if the said juror absents himself from court because he is unable to pay the fine, she will issue a bench warrant his arrest.

She, however, rescinded his decision after the other jurors decided to forfeit their allowances and transportation for today to make up for the absence of Don Attipoe.
