The President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has appointed Mr. David Prah as the Director-General of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Service, effective August 10, 2024. Mr. David Prah, who currently serves as the Deputy Director-General in charge of Operations at the Ghana TVET Service, will succeed Madam Mawusi Nudekor Awity, whose tenure officially ended in the first week of August 2024 following her retirement. Madam Mawusi had retired from public service in August 2021 and was subsequently granted a two-year extension.
