Lawyer Beatrice Annan, the spokesperson for the John Mahama campaign team has explained the constitution while questioning Hon Alexander Kwamena Afenyo-Markin on his stand.
Beatrice Annan referred to Article 29 Acts 5 and Order 19 Rule 3 subrule 3 of Ci 47 which was used by the NPP's Afenyo-Markin to petition the court.
Article 29 Act says "In any judicial proceedings in which a disabled person is a party the legal procedure applied shall take his physical and mental condition into account. " According to Beatrice Annan, this Article used by the NPP is irrelevant to the case on grounds. "Who's disabled here?
