The flagbearer of the People's National Convention (PNC), Bernard Mornah has described the ruling of the Court to his suit as an attempt to undermine multi-party democracy.
While speaking to the media shortly after the ruling, he stated that the ruling by the court is a deviation of justice, stating that the actions of the court show the undermining of the multiparty system in Ghana.
According to him, the judge who sat on the case did not look thoroughly at the case before making the pronouncement that endorsed the action of the EC against him.
He explained that he came to court on exhibit 4 and drew attention to some pages on exhibit 2 that the EC claimed were incomplete particulars which were later resolved and resubmitted.
