A High Court in Accra has reportedly dismissed an application by the Flagbearer of the People's National Convention (PNC) challenging the order of his disqualification from contesting in the 2024 presidential election by the of Ghana.
The court, on Monday, October 21, 2024, ruled that the disqualification of by the EC was lawful.
The presiding judge, His Lordship Justice Richard Apietu, dismissed the application for certiorari with no order as to costs since it is a constitutional matter.
