The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) after its investigations in the Airbus scandal case has disclosed that John Mahama did not play any role in the scandal. The Special Prosecutor, Kissi Agyebeng disclosed this on Thursday, August 8 while providing updates on its investigations on the case. He said this after naming John Mahama as the 'Government Official One' in the scandal per investigation by the US and UK courts.
