Political Analyst Dr Amoako Baah has expressed concerns over the decision by the Electoral Commission (EC) to exhibit the voter register digitally.
He is of the view that most Ghanaians do not have access to phones, and therefore it is a dumb decision to do that.
Speaking on Accra-based TV3, Dr Amoako Baah could not fathom why the EC will not consider the number of people with access to phones and internet across the country before taking such a decision. "That is completely unacceptable.
