Nollywood star Bimbo Akintola has spoken candidly about why she remains single at the age of 54, revealing the deep impact of losing her soulmate.
In an interview with fellow actor Emmanuel Ehumadu, also known as Labista, Akintola shared that the loss of her ideal partner has made it difficult for her to consider marriage again.
When asked if she was married, Akintola responded, "No." She went on to explain that the person she had envisioned spending her life with is no longer alive. "The person I could have done forever with is gone," she said, reflecting on how long it had taken her to find such a connection.Despite societal expectations, Akintola is firm in her stance not to let pressure influence her decisions about marriage.
She acknowledged that while she values the idea of marriage, she hasn't found anyone who could match the bond she once shared with her soulmate.
