2024 Elections: EC provides soft copies of revised voters’ register to political parties and Independent Candidates

The Electoral Commission (EC) met with all political parties, Civil Society Organisations (CSOs), and donor partners on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 under the Inter-Party Advisory Committee (IPAC) framework.  The IPAC meeting was to discuss the re-exhibition of the Provisional Voters Register (PVR), which is taking place from Tuesday, October 15 to Saturday, October 19, 2024.

At the meeting, the EC provided soft copies of the revised provisional register to all political parties and Independent candidates.

This is to allow the parties and candidates to identify any discrepancy in the revised voters' register and report back to the Commission.

The revised voters' register which is being exhibited is an improvement of what was initially exhibited in August this year.
