Otto Addo has highlighted Ghana's inability to score goals as the primary reason for their recent struggles in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers.

Despite strong performances, the team has been unable to secure a win in their last three games, leaving their qualification hopes in jeopardy.

After a run of back-to-back victories in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Mali and the Central African Republic (CAR), the Black Stars have struggled to replicate that form in the AFCON qualifiers.

Ghana currently sit third in Group F with just two points, behind leaders Angola (9 points) and Sudan (4 points).
