Ghana's Minister for the Interior, Henry Quartey, recently launched the Automated Fire Permit and Certification Management System for the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS).
This system replaces the traditional manual process with a streamlined digital platform aimed at improving efficiency and eliminating the delays and frustrations that have long plagued the acquisition of fire permits and certificates.
During the launch, Quartey stressed the urgent need for such advancements in today's fast-paced, digital world.
He pointed out that Ghana could no longer afford to be held back by outdated bureaucratic processes that, instead of facilitating, often frustrate citizens and businesses.
