The President of the Medical Superintendents Group of Ghana, Dr Kamarudeen Korku Hussein has made a passionate appeal to his colleague Medical Doctors to consider prescribing herbal medicines that are scientifically backed by data.
He revealed that "the reason why orthodox practitioners do not have confidence in the herbal system is that quite several herbal practitioners don't have a scientific way of processing their herbs".
