General Secretary of the Liberal Party of Ghana, Jerry Apaw has admitted to doling out money to Mark Ewusi Arko, convener of Election Watch Ghana.
He indicated that the money he gave to him was just a gift after Mark begged him for monetary assistance to settle his family's accommodation issues.
He denied allegations of monetary inducement.
Convenor of Election Watch Ghana, Mark Ewusi has petitioned the Office of the Special Prosecutor to investigate allegations of bribery during the last Inter Party Advisory Committee engagement held by the Electoral Commission with political parties on October 1.
