A 64-year-old Ghanaian medical doctor based in Canada is facing charges for sexually assaulting a female patient, years after he had been discharged for a similar offense.

Clarence Clottey, who works at "Bristol Family Physicians" on Bristol Circle in Oakville, a lower-tier municipality in Halton Region, Ontario, Canada, was arrested by the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) after an adult woman reported being sexually assaulted during a visit to the clinic.
Clottey has been charged with one count of sexual assault and was released from custody pending a court appearance in Milton.
