Ghanaian rapper Edwin Kwame Ohene Darko, better known by the stage name Pope Skinny, has come to the defense of his former associate, Reggae/Dancehall icon Shatta Wale, stating that the musician is often misunderstood. During a candid interview with Nana Romeo on Accra 100.5 FM's Ayekoo Ayekoo program, the 'Hot Cake' hitmaker shared that Shatta Wale is often painted as a villain simply because of his outspoken nature.
He futher clarified that Shatta Wale only reacts when provoked."I learned confidence from Shatta Wale," Pope Skinny revealed, adding that the Dancehall star also taught him how to manage his finances effectively. "Shatta Wale saves a lot of money," he noted.
