A 64-year-old Canada-based Ghanaian Medical Doctor faces charges for sexually assaulting a female patient years after he had been discharged for a similar offence.
Dr.
Clarence Clottey of Oakville, a lower-tier municipality in Halton Region, Ontario, Canada according to the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) works at "Bristol Family Physicians" located on Bristol Circle at the time of the offence.
Police said they were contacted after an adult woman was sexually assaulted during a visit to the clinic.
