Former Special Prosecutor Martin Amidu has yet in another article raised serious concerns about the Office of the Special Prosecutor's (OSP) recent report on the Airbus SE-Ghana corruption case, accusing the OSP of political bias and manipulation.

According to Amidu, the August 8, 2024, report is poorly timed and deeply flawed in its conclusions, raising suspicions about its role in the upcoming 2024 elections.

He suggests the report is designed to serve political ends rather than deliver justice.

Amidu's concerns stem largely from the report's timing, which coincides with the Special Prosecutor's third anniversary in office.
