The Uganda government has entered into a partner deal with Ghana's Jospong Group to transform Kiteezi Landfill into Eco-Recreational Facility.
The waste management overhaul in Kampala is being led by Jospong Group in Uganda's Green Revolution after the Kiteezi Disaster.
The project by the two partners who would launch a landmark eco-waste initiative is expected to create 2,000 jobs in Kampala.
Already, the two have partnered to decommission the 39-acre Kiteezi Landfill in the Wakiso District near Kampala.
