The Electoral Commission (EC) has responded to public concerns that have been raised about ballot statistics being made available before the 2024 presidential and parliamentary elections are printed.
The Commission has reassured the public that ballot paper printing has not yet commenced.
The EC has announced that starting on Friday, October 11, 2024, Notices of Poll for the presidential and parliamentary elections would be printed.
But the Commission's delivery of ballot statistics to printing firms, political parties, and all candidates will precede the actual printing of ballots.
