Former Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Samuel Koku Anyidoho has subtly jabbed Senior Lecturer of the University of Ghana, Professor Ransford Gyampo for playing a key role in the strike action by the University Teachers Association of Ghana(UTAG) likening it to 'sex for grades' in the University claiming it is another type of galamsey.

During an interview on Kingdom FM monitored by MyNewsGh.com, Koku Anyidoho applauded Organized Labour for paying heed to the President after their last meeting to call off their intended strike.

He however slammed UTAG and the University of Ghana Branch President Prof Gyampo for their strike decision.

According to him, in every profession, there is a form of "galamsey" involved in it.
