The Ghana Police Service has forwarded a duplicate docket of the O'Reilly student murder case to the Attorney General's office for advise.
Chief Inspector Paul Osei disclosed this during a court sitting, according to a report by myjoyonline.com.
He stated that he had assigned the case investigator to follow up on the matter.
The case has since been adjourned to October 21, 2024, when the accused, Godwin Mawuli, will make an appearance in court.
