An Accra Circuit Court has remanded into police custody a 23-year-old motorcyclist over an attempted robbery at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital.
Elvis Ashitey, aka Ratty, charged with an "attempt to commit crime namely robbery," pleaded not guilty.
The court presided over by Isaac Addo ordered Ashitey to reappear on October 23, 2024.
The prosecution led by Chief Inspector Josephine Lamptey told the court that the complainant was a level 300 Planning student at Central University, Miotso in the Greater Accra Region.
