President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has reaffirmed his commitment to fighting the end of illegal mining.
A statement from the Presidency said the President has suspended the enforcement of the LI 2462.
Also, four courts have been dedicated to adjudicate on illegal mining issues in the country.
To top it up, the President has increased the number of soldiers working on the operation calm lives.
