Former President John Agyekum Kufuor has called for justice to be served on the #StopGalamsey demonstrators who allegedly committed some breaches during their recent protest.
However, he emphasized the need to find a lasting solution to the menace of illegal mining, which has been a major concern for the government and citizens alike.
Former President Kufuor's call for justice comes after a recent incident in which a group of demonstrators allegedly blocked major roads among other offences.
The police arrested 53 protestors and detained them for two weeks, with 52 granted bail.
