The Chief of the Abofour Zongo Community in the Offinso North Constituency has observed that Muslims and people of northern extraction will cast their votes for the ruling because of the Free SHS program and other social interventions introduced by the government.
Speaking through his spokesperson, Alhaji Ali Cissey, the Muslim leader noted that the decision to vote for the Vice President and NPP candidate, His Excellency Dr.
Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia, is not because he is a Muslim or hails from the north, but because this government has relieved them of the social burden of constantly dealing with their children engaging in all forms of criminal activities. "Today, our children are all in school thanks to Free SHS.
Before then, our youth were involved in all forms of social vices because of a lack of education, but today the situation has changed.
