The National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress, Mr Asiedu Nketia has urged voters in the Hohoe constituency not to fall for the NPP again at the December 7, polls.

Mr Asiedu Nketia who is on a four-day tour of the Volta region, believes the ruling government and its Member of Parliament for Hohoe, John Peter Amewu have failed to deliver on the numerous promises they made to the people prior to the 2020 elections.

These promises he said, were only made to hoodwink voters into voting for the NPP and John Amewu. "After they used him (Amewu) to win the election, they have dumped him.

Not only have they failed on their promises of developing Hohoe, they've also decided to do away with your MP, Peter Amewu because they are finished with him." "When they were in opposition, they accused the NDC of delaying work on the Eastern corridor road, the Hohoe UHAS campus project, a project the NDC actually brought here after starting the first public university in the Volta region.
