Mother of the 15-year-old boy who was first diagnosed with the first confirmed MPox case in the country has become the second case of the disease in the county.
The mother was among some 25 contacts traced to the first confirmed case, according to Director of Public Health at the Ghana health Service Dr.
Franklyn Asied-Bekoe.
Dr Asiedu Bekoe These contacts, according to health officials, are being monitored for 21 days so that if some are confirmed as cases, they can be managed immediately.
