A second case of Mpox has been confirmed in Ghana, raising the total number of confirmed cases to two.
The latest case involves the mother of a 15-year-old boy who was diagnosed with the disease earlier in September.
Dr.
Dennis Laryea, Deputy Director of Disease Surveillance at the Ghana Health Service, confirmed the new case, noting that health officials are closely monitoring the situation to prevent further spread.
