The Catholic Archdiocese of Accra has asked that their environmental prayer walk must not be misconstrued.
They have clarified that it has nothing to do with the Catholic Bishops Conference.
Archbishop John Kwofie Bonaventure who spoke on the issue, noted that some political elements are trying their best to hijack their environmental prayer walk but that will not be countenanced. "It is not the Catholic Bishops Conference and we do not support either the Organized Labour's strike.
The galamsey issue is not a political issue.
