The Presidential Candidate of the People's National Convention (PNC), Bernard Mornah, has reacted to the absence of the Electoral Commissioner at court today, October 7, 2024, when his case was called.

It would be recalled that the presidential aspirant, on the ticket of the People's National Convention (PNC), had hinted that he was going to court over the decision by the Electoral Commission (EC) to disqualify him from the 2024 presidential race.

As a result, the presidential candidate and his team headed to court for the hearing of the case after the legal break, but the Accra High Court adjourned the case.

While speaking to the media, Bernard Mornah said that the Electoral Commission refused to show up in court because they were aware they did injustice to him by disqualifying him from the race.  "Why will the EC, who has to conduct an election on 7th December, know they have processes to embark upon delay?
