Dr Gideon Boako, the spokesperson for Vice President Dr.
Mahamudu Bawumia, has expressed strong condemnation of illegal mining activities in Ghana in a recent interview on Peace FM's Kokrokoo show.
He highlighted the destructive impact of such practices, particularly those that take place in and around water bodies, which are vital for cooking and drinking purposes for Ghanaians.
