The chief of Anlo-Afiadenyigba,Togbi Salu III, marked his 70th year on the Salu stool with a grand durbar on October 5, 2024 amid pomp and pageantry.
The event, a platinum jubilee celebration, was a significant milestone for the chiefdom as other traditional rulers and dignitaries thronged the durbar ground clad in apparels of royalty.
In a vibrant display of tradition, a new Agbotadua Seyram Klinogo (Paramount Chief) and Mama Biana Xormenyae (Queen Mother) were installed to assist Togbi Salu III in managing the chiefdom.
Expressing his gratitude for the new appointments, the chief highlighted the importance of having capable and competent leaders to support his vision. "I am excited that after 16 years I am going to have a new Agbotadua and Mama.
