The Best Journalist of the Year, Edward Adeti has urged journalists to step hard on the toes that are stepping on people's rights.
Speaking on Morning Starr with Naa Dedei Tettey on Monday, after winning the Best Journalist of Year, Mr.
Adeti emphasized the importance of bold investigative reporting and should not shy away from ruffling feathers, especially when it involves standing up for people's rights. "It's been very difficult and it's been very rough I mean investigative journalism is like a road where you have many toes and many feet and you are about to step on them but for me I keep saying if there are any feet and toes on the road that is stepping on people's right, don't be afraid to step on them, in fact step hard on these toes, step hard and walk on them. "As long as one is doing what is right, there is no business having your name in the good books of bad people.
Just do what is right", he stated.
