The First Vice Chairman of the (NPP) in the Asunafo North Constituency, Emmanuel Frimpong Boadu, is convinced that the 24-hour economy policy proposed by the opposition (NDC) will not be a decisive factor in the December polls.

Chairman Boadu is highly optimistic that the 24-hour economy policy will not sway votes for the NDC in the Asunafo Constituency because the policy is not a novelty to the constituents.

Speaking during a "mega walk" in Mim organised by the (NPP), he refuted claims that the NDC is making inroads in the Asunafo North constituency and other constituencies because of the 24-hour economy policy. "If anybody tells you that the NDC is gaining grounds in the Asunafo North Constituency because of the 24-hour economy, it is not true.

The policy is not groundbreaking to the people so it is not gaining any momentum".
