Considering the deteriorating security situation in Lebanon, the Government of Ghana has encouraged all Ghanaian nationals to take advantage of the limited available flights and immediately leave the country.
A statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration said that the rapidly unfolding crisis in Lebanon and its potential danger to Ghanaians living in that country, is a matter of great concern to the Government of Ghana.
Towards this end, the Government wishes to encourage Ghanaians living there who may not have travel documents to contact the Embassy of Ghana in Cairo, Egypt or the Ghana Honorary Consulate in Beirut, Lebanon to obtain Emergency Travel Certificates.
