The governing New Patriotic Party's (NPP) spokesperson on Gender and Social Protection, Ama Serwah Nerquaye-Tetteh, has reassured Ghanaians that the party will collaborate with businesses to provide shelters for victims of gender-based violence.
According to her, every citizen, including women, deserves to feel safe and protected.
Speaking on the Campaign Trail segment on Starr Today with Joshua Kodjo Mensah, she stressed the need to ensure safety for all Ghanaians. "It is essential that every Ghanaian can go about their daily activities without fear.
Every Ghanaian must be protected, and that includes women," she said.
