The long-standing contention between Nigerian afrobeats artistes David Adeleke, better known as Davido, and Ayodeji Balogun, better known as Wizkid, has resurfaced.
The latest argument erupted on Tuesday after Davido teased fans with a snippet of his upcoming single for 2024.
Coincidentally, Wizkid was preparing to also release the first track of his much-anticipated "Morayo" album.
However, the spat escalated when Davido's associate, Kayode Yajaur, known as Black Tycoone tweeted "Tell your Daddy to drop an album already," a post which seemingly appeared to mock Wizkid.
