The Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) has announced a partnership with the Ghana Armed Forces to set up a Customs marine unit.

This strategic collaboration aims to not only boost revenue collection but also strengthen national security.

Commissioner-General of the GRA, Julie Essiam, made this significant announcement during a visit from the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) together with some members of the military high command in Accra yesterday.

This marks a pivotal moment in the country's efforts to enhance its maritime security and revenue generation.
