The presidential candidate and leader of the Afrafranto Alliance, , paid a significant courtesy call on the Asantehene, , at the Manhyia Palace on the afternoon of Wednesday, October 2, 2024.
The visit formed part of his three-week Caravan Campaign Tour in the Ashanti Region as he rallies support ahead of the 7th December General Elections.
During the visit, took the opportunity to formally introduce his young running mate, Kwame Owusu Danso, to the Asante monarch.
He explained his choice of a youthful running mate, emphasizing that it was crucial for the older generation to prepare the younger ones to assume leadership roles.
