Sick Asante Bediatuo receiving treatment – Jubilee House confirms

The Office of the President has downplayed rumours suggesting Nana Asante Bediatuo, who serves as Secretary to the President, is dead.

A statement from the office acknowledged that he is unwell but is responding to treatment in the United States of America.

Asante Bediatuo is said to have stayed behind to conduct some government business after the President attended the 75th United Nations General Assembly in New York.

However, he felt unwell and has since been receiving medical attention.
