President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has urged Ghanaians to vote for the presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia in the 2024 general elections.
President Akufo-Addo says that a vote for Dr Bawumia will ensure that the progress started by his administration continues for generations to come.
On Tuesday, October 1, President Akufo-Addo visited the Upper East Region, where he engaged with traditional rulers, the clergy, Imams, and other key stakeholders.
Following the meeting, the president wrote on his Facebook page that "We reflected on the significant strides made in the region across all sectors- from infrastructure, healthcare, and education to agriculture and social welfare over the course of my presidency. "The development projects and policies implemented during my tenure have been geared towards improving the lives of every Ghanaian, and I am proud of the progress we have achieved together. "As we look to the future, I firmly believe that the fortunes of the Upper East Region are secured in the capable hands of the NPP's excellent presidential candidate, Alhaji Dr.
