The Presidential Candidate of the opposition (NDC), , had an engagement with a section of the clergy in Accra on Tuesday, 1st October 2024, where the men of God offered prayers for the former President.
Key among the clergy in attendance was the founder and leader of the Glorious Word Power Ministries International, Apostle Isaac Owusu-Bempah, who even led the prayers for the NDC Flagbearer.
Besides the fact that this event stirred up controversy within the media space, particularly due to the fact that Apostle Owusu-Bempah has been an ardent critic of the former President, people also reacted strongly to the conspicuous absence of Prophet Ebenezer Adarkwa-Yiadom, popularly known as "Prophet One," at the gathering.
This is because the latter has also been recently speaking highly of the former President in his sermons.
