Livestream: NDC outlines modalities ahead of 10th National Delegates Congress

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) is addressing journalists on its upcoming delegates congress.

About 8,964 delegates are expected to attend the 10th edition of the event which is scheduled for December 17, 2022.
