The Chief of Staff, Akosua Frema Osei-Opare, has disclosed how exhausting her job is.
In an exclusive interview on Joy FM’s Personality Profile, Thursday, she said although her role as a Chief of Staff is interesting, she barely leaves the office before 9:00pm.
Akosua Frema Osei-Opare noted that work essentially starts at 9:00pm.
“It’s very interesting but very stressful.
The President leaves here past midnight, so when I am leaving here at 10:30pm and 11:00pm, then it’s okay,” she said.
She further explained why her role as the Chief of Staff is stressful.
“It is a very diverse role.
So you stretch your day in a way that creates opportunities for them to come and see you,” she added.

“I like the seat [than being an MP].
It’s very interesting but very stressful,” the Chief of Staff said.
The 73-year-old is Ghana’s first female Chief of Staff.
