Rex Omar to release ‘Onipa’ ahead of album release

The much anticipated Rex Omar’s fifth single titled ‘Onipa’ is set to be released on August 30.

The album is part of the musician’s Highlife Aganda project which started in April 2018 this year. 

The ‘Abiba’ hit maker has promised to release a single every month continuously for the next three years to help revive and redefine the Highlife music genre.

The Highlife veteran has had a busy schedule going on a nationwide media tour granting interviews and educating his fans and the general public what the new project is all about.  

Rex Omar has already dropped four-tracks of authentic highlife and Afrocentric tracks including, the inspirational ‘Nhyira’, which features Trigmatic, ‘Paapa Reloaded’, ‘Hilife Agogo’ and the deep spiritual ‘Why Where Who’.

All of the aforementioned tracks will be on the highlife musician’s upcoming album (REXTORATION).

Rex Omar is also collaborating with most of the high profile Ghanaian artistes including Samini, Okyeame Kwame, M.anifest, and Sarkodie his Highlife Agenda project.
