Kotoko amanehunu: Twitter anger as fans blast failing club form

Asante Kotoko were at the receiving end of yet another away defeat as they were beaten 1-0 by Dreams FC 1-0 and fans were angered with the team’s performance on social media following the result.

The Porcupine Warriors looked to be on course for a point, however, a 90th-minute collapse saw Paa Kwesi Fabin’s men lose for the third successive time on the road.

After the game, the club's Twitter account attempted to apologise - as they have done after their regularly unsatisfactory performances this season.

And this time, fans gave the club a piece of their mind.

 

Apologies to our fans, we had a good game and dominated large portions. Unable to convert and we were punished at the very end.

Not the result we should be taking away but it's football. Positives to take away but everybody here is gutted.

Don’t lie to the public, what chances did we fail to convert? I was at the park and the whole team is a calamity with exception of . Adams and Mawuli Osei don’t deserve a chance at corners let alone . We need a new coach.
