Basic schools in Ghana set to officially resume academic work again after a long closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Ahead of reopening, the schools have released the tuition and other school-related fees for the upcoming academic year.
However, the fees being demanded by some of the private schools in Accra have raised concerns among Ghanaians on social media. Some shared photos of what they have described as “outrageous fees” on social media.

The fees being charged by schools ahead of the new academic year, has generated a lot of reactions on social media as many expressed shock over the amounts being demanded by the schools. Others also called on the government to intervene.

People put up some nice story building and name it so so and so Montessori and it gives them the rights to charge crazy school fees from parents for kids
